Why should we

Clear Cut Weekends have many years experience in
arranging very successful, fun and hassle free
Stag Nights and Hen Nights. In fact in 2006 and
2007 we have organised Stag, Hen
and party nights for more than 30 000 people. A Stag
Night
and Hen Night is a very special occasion and we
go out of our way to ensure everyone in your
group will enjoy themselves. Everything we do is
based on quality and excellent value for money,
making our package prices, what we believe to be
the best available anywhere! |

How do I go
about making my enquiry or booking? |

It's very
simple. Either use the contact us page on our
website or telephone us direct on 01202 551395
letting us know if you are interested in one of
our 'Ready Made' packages or giving us details
of what you would like as a 'Tailor Made'
package.
We do not believe in pressurising our customer
into 'Booking Now' so in turn we send or email
you out a no obligation quotation giving you the full details
of your package and what's included, along with
a booking form. This gives you the chance to
discuss it with the group and should you wish,
make any changes. We will show a date on the
quotation when your deposit payment needs to be
paid. You can then either send us a cheque for
your deposit payment, telephone us to make
payment by debit or credit card or use our
on-line secure server payment system details of
which will be in your Clear Cut quotation.

What happens
if I don't know the exact final numbers in the
group when I make my booking? |
| A. |
This is not a
problem as Clear Cut Weekends offer an excellent policy
of No deposit being lost subject to the
following.
When you make your booking it's important you
book a realistic number. We say this because it
is easier for us to reduce the number of hotel
rooms/beds closer to the date rather than
increase the numbers as most hotels become full
at weekends. Your final balance does not become
payable to us until 28 days before your trip and
by this time you will know the exact numbers
forming the group.
Your balance due is calculated on the number of
people actually going away x cost per person,
less the full amount of the deposit you
initially paid. You can therefore see you will
not loose a penny if you book for a higher
number than the size of the group that ends up
taking the package. |

What hotel
will we be staying at? |

The first thing
to remember is we only use quality hotels that
are perfect for a Stag or Hen Weekend. Due to the way our booking system
works we will in most cases be able to name the
hotel within 24 hours of your booking.
As we are one of the biggest organisers of Stag
and Hen nights in the UK, we have extensive room
allocation at a number of quality hotels. When
you make your booking we then match the number
in your group with available allocation. It's
very important to remember that in order to give
you the confidence to book, we do offer the
following guarantees.
Your rooms will be en-suite, the hotel will have
a good in-house bar and will be located within
easy reach of your night time venues. We can
assure you, you will not be disappointed with
the standard of hotel as we take this matter
very seriously. |

Can we wear
fancy dress? |

The answer is
nearly always 'Yes' Just let us know before you go on
your trip that fancy dress will be worn and we
can let the appropriate venues know in advance. |

in a restaurant or party restaurant meal to our
package is the cost of the food included? |

Yes, everything
we list in your quotation and shown on your
itinerary is paid for and included in the price.

be situated within easy reach of the night time
venues, which in turn will be close to each
other. As part of your party package we include
an easy to read personalised location map, which
shows you the route from one venue to the other. |
